Our smart lock management platform and mobile app run in production today, controlling every padlock and electronic seal we make. Use it hosted as it stands, have it deployed on your own server under your brand, feed it into the system you already run, or build your own on our protocol documentation and SDK.

The software is a business line of its own, not an add-on to the locks. On most projects it is the part that costs the most and takes the longest — and it is the part we can hand over already working.

Against a large enough hardware order, the software fees are waived. Tell us your first-year quantity and we will tell you exactly where that line falls for you. We would far rather give you the software and supply the fleet than sell you a licence and lose the hardware.
Working software, not a proposal
The platform and the app are not plans on paper. They exist and run in production today. Deploying them for you is not invention: it is copying working code and changing what is specific to you — your name, your server, your users and the way your operation runs.
That is the difference between weeks and a year. You also start from software whose faults have already been found by somebody else's fleet.
Whichever route you take, your authorisation policy, your users and your operational data belong to you. We have no interest in your business data.

Every lock, person and event in one place
Web-based, used in Chrome or Edge. The same platform runs our 4G, LoRa and Bluetooth locks, so one account can mix them.
Device register
Every lock and gateway with model, owner, battery and last report. Each one moves through in warehouse, assigned, active and repairing, so you always know where the stock is.
Organisation and roles
Company, department, team and member, with company admin, department admin, team lead and field member roles. Teams help you find people; they do not grant access.
Authorisation per named person
Rights link one person to one lock, with an expiry. Revoking is immediate on the platform and reaches the app at its next sync, within about five minutes.
Approvals and one-off unlocks
Long-term access requests and single unlock requests from the field are approved on the platform, and the approval is part of the record.
Alarm centre
Tamper, low battery, offline and command timeout. Acknowledging and resolving are separate steps: one says a person saw it, the other says it is closed.
Audit trail
Every command and its result, with operator, time and target, kept against the lock and exportable for an audit or a dispute.
One file per waybill
A transport task holds the driver, the vehicle, the consignee, start and end points, the waybill number, a description of the cargo and how often position is reported — and the locks assigned to it. The task moves on as the seals are locked and released.
A circular geo-fence can be set around the destination, so arrival is detected from position instead of being marked by the driver.
The app, in your name
Field staff never touch the web platform. They log in to the app with the same account, find a lock over Bluetooth or by scanning its code, and lock or unlock it. The Android app, with iOS coming soon, is delivered in your name — white-labelled, with our name nowhere in it, or with the source code handed over, so your own developers own it outright.
Lock and unlock
Next to the lock over Bluetooth, or remotely through the platform on 4G models. A photo and the phone's position can be attached, and a one-off unlock can be requested for an administrator to approve.
Every operation, with a time and a place
Each lock and unlock is recorded with the time, the result and the phone's position, searchable by lock number, department or team — and filed on the platform against the waybill or work order.
Alarms on the phone
Offline, cut, pry and low-battery events reach the phone as notifications as soon as they are reported, each with the lock number and time. The person on duty does not have to sit at the platform.
What your developers get
For routes C and D. Commands are AES-128 encrypted and authorised by the platform, and they always go through our app or the compiled SDK.
MQTT to your broker
4G devices and the LoRa gateway report by MQTT pass-through. Broker address, topics and credentials are configurable, so data lands on your servers. TCP and HTTP are also supported.
Platform REST API
A REST API covering the device register, organisation and roles, users, assignment and lifecycle state — for teams who would rather integrate at platform level than device level.
Advertising specification
The Bluetooth advertising format in full — all a scanner or tracker needs to read lock state without connecting.
Compiled SDK
An Android library that sends lock, unlock and status commands from your own app; iOS to follow.

Frequently asked questions
Is the hosted platform really free to use?
Yes. On the hosted platform there is no platform fee, no licence fee and no per-call API charge. You pay for the locks. The SIM cards and data plans for 4G models are supplied by you.
Can the platform run on our own server, under our brand?
Yes — that is route B. We deploy a dedicated copy on your server with your logo and name, and set the server up for you. It is quoted per project, and against a large enough hardware order the fee is waived.
Can the locks report to our own system instead?
Yes. 4G devices and the LoRa gateway can send data straight to your MQTT broker, or we can build lock management into your platform through its API (route C).
Send us your API documentation and we will tell you what the work involves.
Do you give out the SDK source or the encryption details?
No. Integrators get the advertising specification in full and a compiled SDK for Android (iOS to follow). Commands go through the SDK or our app, which handle security internally. That keeps every customer's locks safe, including yours.
Which products does the platform support?
All of ours: the 4G electronic seals and padlocks, LoRa locks through their gateway, Bluetooth locks through the phone, and the GPS padlock. A fleet can mix them on one account.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your authorisation policy, your users and your operational data belong to you, on every route. For projects that need the data on their own infrastructure, routes B, C and D put it there.
