4G Electronic Cargo Seal
A reusable electronic seal for container doors, box trucks and tanker valves. It carries its own 4G connection, so a cut or pry attempt is reported to the platform the moment it happens — not when the truck gets back to base.
A seal that reports, not just a seal that shows
A plastic or bolt seal tells you it was broken when someone finally looks at it. This one tells you when, where and whether it was authorised.
Instant cut and pry alarm
Built-in sensors detect a cut cable or a pry attempt. The alarm is uploaded immediately over 4G, without waiting for the next scheduled report.
No key to copy or lose
There is no mechanical cylinder. The seal opens only on an encrypted command authorised by the platform — for a named person, a lock and a time window.
Both ends on the record
Locking goes through the app as well as unlocking, so every seal and every release is logged with lock number, operator, time and position.
False-lock protection
A seating sensor confirms the cable is genuinely home before the seal reports "locked". A cable that only looks closed is caught at the door, not at the destination.
Battery changed in minutes
A primary lithium cell, no wiring and no charging. At end of life the bay is opened on site with the supplied spanner — no disassembly, no return to factory.
Daily health report
Every seal reports its state and battery once a day, so a fleet of hundreds can be maintained from the platform rather than by walking the yard.
Seal at loading, release at destination
The driver or dispatcher threads the steel cable through the door hasp or valve, pushes it home and taps Lock in the app. At the destination the receiver requests the unlock; the platform checks the person, the lock and the time window, and only then does the seal open.

Frequently asked questions
Does the seal need a SIM card?
Yes. The 4G-BLE-093 reports on its own over 4G, so each seal takes a standard SIM. If you would rather have no SIM in the seals, look at the LoRa version, where one gateway carries the traffic for many locks, or the Bluetooth version, where the phone is the gateway.
How long does the battery last?
Over 12 months at normal use. How often the seal is opened, closed and reports matters far more than its sleep current, so heavy-use sites see less.
The cell is replaced on site in minutes with the supplied spanner, so end of life is a maintenance task, not a dead seal.
Can we use our own platform instead of yours?
Yes. Our platform is free to use, but the seals can also report to your own servers, or we can deploy a dedicated copy of the platform for you. See Platform & App.
Is it reusable?
Yes. It is a reusable electronic seal: release it at the destination and it is ready for the next trip. Only the battery is a consumable.
Can you put our logo and numbering on it?
Yes. Your logo, seal numbers and QR codes are laser-marked at no charge, at any quantity.
